The Niziblians are hosting Cobor in Wales.  Lydia says,

Well, just after Cobor arrived flu hit Niziblian heights, then we had a car issue that meant we had no transport for two months! Today Cobor finally escaped into the countryside with us and visited lots of other critters at Greenmeadow Farm. He wouldn’t look at the dragon (thought it was showing off), but he quite liked hanging out with the goats.
