Last month the Viscount Cthulhu went to visit York with his friends. Over to Duncan and Clare to tell the tale of The Harrying of the North…
First, Viscount Cthulu went for a walk along the York City Walls. They were very impressive. They were built years and years ago to keep people out of the city, but Cthulu thought they would be useful for keeping people INSIDE the city so they can’t escape from his wrath.
From the wall, Cthulu could see the York Minster. It is a great big building with lots of people inside.
Cthulu thought it would be fun to stretch out his arms and crush the building to rubble.
After crushing the Minster, Cthulu felt very tired and hungry, so he went to a lovely hotel for some lunch. Here he is enjoying a well-earned glass of wine with Duncan.
After lunch, he went back home with Clare and Duncan to their hotel room, which was made from an old railway carriage. Here his is, resting on the four-poster bed.
The next day, they all went to a book shop and Cthulu found a book all about him! He was so excited! That was the end of this adventure, but watch out for more fun from Viscount Cthulu soon!
Oh dear. It’s a good job Monster HQ has a dedicated repair and clean up crew just for the Viscount. Thank you for the update, Duncan and Clare! Please remember to do regular sanity checks after each adventure when travelling with Cthulhu.
Viscount Cthulu approves of this post. You may keep your soul intact… For now.
